Venetia's Coffee Shop

Venetia’s opened in 2007 in Chatsworth Road, Hackney.

Venetia, a local resident since 2000, saw that there was a need for a space where people could sit and drink good coffee, eat good quality food, meet friends or work in a calm,  peaceful atmosphere.

Over the years, the coffee shop has grown with its customer base.  It now has a lovely garden at the back of the shop, covered and heated for the winter months.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our coffee, an organic fair-trade blend from Central America, and our baristas are trained and passionate about the product.  We love food and take care in sourcing our products, using as many local small businesses as possible.  Our sandwiches and salads are prepared on the premises on the day.

We also take pride in the impact we have had on Chatsworth Road - since we opened we have been followed by a deli, a fabulous toy shop and a restaurant, with another restaurant to open soon.  We love feeling part of the vibrant community which makes up this part of Hackney.
